How do I unlock my CREDO mobile phone?

CREDO Mobile customers who’ve paid off their device in full can unlock their smartphone and use it on a compatible carrier. To unlock your CREDO Mobile phone, you’ll need to meet several policy requirements. 

Requirements for device unlocking:

  1. CREDO customer must be in good standing with their account;
  2. Mobile phone has been active on CREDO for at least 90 days;
  3. The CREDO phone has been paid off in full. 

As long as the above policy requirements have been met, CREDO will agree to unlock the device at no cost.

NOTE: CREDO Mobile will unlock your phone after you complete your contract or pay your Early Termination Fee in full.
