To unlock your Tello phone for international use, you must first meet several requirements set forth by Tello before they will agree to unlock your device.
- The device must be a Sprint device and must be capable of a SIM card unlock
- The unlock request has been submitted by a Tello account holder
- The device has been active on Tello for at least 90-days
- You have not unlocked more than 1 Tello phone within the last 12 months (2 device unlocks each year)
The account is in good standing, the device has not been reported lost or stolen
